Quick tip for law school students
if you would like to save some money on books go to the book store and look up the ISBN for the text book that you need for each class. Then go to the website HALF.com. There you can search by ISBN to ensure that you get the exact book needed for your class. I have saved a good chunk of change doing this. You can do the same type of search at Amazon.com. You can search by author and title too.
The other thing, during the Christmas break take some time off from law school. Most law students can't take a full Christmas break, but take at least a few days off to gain some sanity after the craziness of a finals week.
I have officially completed the first year and a half of law school. Crazy Crazy. I also had a 2nd child right before finals. I guess the greatest lesson that I have learned from this semester is getting things done early. That's not always going to be easy but at least try. By getting things done a little bit early, you give yourself a little room for the hiccups of life.
Merry Christmas
